Delete your FlyThru account and data

What we delete

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your pickup address, your PACI number if you gave one, and any map pin you dropped.
• Your notification tokens, so your phone stops receiving trip updates.
• Your sign-in, if you ever created one.

What we have to keep, and for how long

Booking and payment records are the operational and accounting record of a journey we ran with Jazeera Airways, and Kuwaiti bookkeeping law requires us to keep them for three years. We keep only those records, we do not use them to contact you, and they are deleted once that period ends.

How long it takes

We reply on WhatsApp within three working days, and complete the deletion within thirty days at the latest.
